Dr. Dayli Gonzalez

Dr. Dayli González Baute is a Cuban-trained medical doctor who graduated from the Faculty of Medical Sciences of Santiago de Cuba in July 2014. From the early stages of her career, she demonstrated a strong interest in diagnostic imaging, leading her to undertake postgraduate training in Radiology, through which she developed solid academic and clinical knowledge in medical imaging. She subsequently oriented her professional practice toward medical diagnostic ultrasound, an area in which she has consolidated extensive expertise through years of hospital-based practice and continuous professional education.

Dr. González later relocated to Antigua and Barbuda and joined the Sir Lester Bird Medical Centre, where she worked for three years as a Medical Diagnostic Sonographer. During this time, she continued her professional practice and becoming well regarded for her high technical competence, efficiency, and compassionate approach to patient care. She has advanced experience in abdominal ultrasound, Doppler studies, gyne/obstetric ultrasound and others, with remains firmly committed to ongoing professional development and strict adherence to international diagnostic imaging protocols.

Currently, Dr. González is the Founder and Administrative Manager of OncoMed268, alongside Dr. Hanybal Yazigi, where she also serves as Lead Medical Sonographer. In this role, she combines clinical expertise with healthcare leadership to ensure high standards of diagnostic quality and the delivery of multidisciplinary, patient-centered care.

Committed to the long-term advancement of healthcare services, Dr. González continues to expand her training in diagnostic imaging and is currently pursuing an MBA in Healthcare Management, with the goal of strengthening OncoMed268 as a regional center of reference.
